I can't say enough good about Night and Day Dental in Durham, NC (Duke st location). I originally saw them for a dental emergency for myself on Monday. While I was there, I realized they perform root canals in office. I had been searching for a dental office that accepts our insurance and did not have a lengthy wait list for a root canal for awhile. They were able to get my son in immediately (could have been same day, but we needed to schedule a couple of days out due to prior commitments) . They explained the procedure, cost, etc up front and made sure my son was comfortable the entire time. My son is special needs but they made it a point to talk to him versus talking to him through me. This goes a LONG way with us. THANK YOU for treating him with respect and for the care and compassion you all showed him. The front desk staff, the treatment coordinators and the ladies responsible for billing were also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to hear friendly banter amongst staff and to feel like you're being heard and listened to versus being pushed off to the next office. Again, thank you all so much! I will recommend Night and Day to anyone that needs

I had a wonderful experience at Day & Night Dental on Duke Street in Durham! From the moment I walked in, the two receptionists at the front desk were pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly greetings, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Unfortunately, I had my appointment time wrong and arrived about 15 minutes late. I fully expected to be told that I would need to reschedule, but to my surprise, they were understanding and still able to see me. I truly appreciated their flexibility, professionalism, and kindness. The gentleman who took my X-rays was patient, gentle, and professional, making the process comfortable and stress-free. The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident that I was receiving excellent care. The checkout process was just as impressive. The front desk staff made scheduling my cleaning quick, easy, and hassle-free. They clearly explained what to expect at my next visit and answered all of my questions. This visit was a huge improvement from my previous experiences 5–6 years ago. The new staff is absolutely on point! Everyon

The staff nakeiah and Tray made me feel so welcome from the start explained everything and then introduced me to Dr. Patel. The front desk is so friendly. Dr. Patel so kind and explained what needed to be done and fixed my bonding for my front teeth same day !!! Also fit inan extraction of a tooth that needed to come out no waiting a month they fit me right in. Very professional kind and to the point. This office surpasses all Night and Day Dental offices. I look forward to coming back and finally getting my teeth back to where they need to be. Single parenting we always go last but I feel great today can smile again and look forward to next time. Thank you to this wonderful office and Dr. Patel thank u so much for your wonderful job on my teeth !!!!!

Been coming to Night and Day for a couple months now. Came in today because of issues with a temp bridge that would not last the two weeks until my plate came in. Tayla, the receptionist up front was great. Got me scheduled immediately and they got me to the back where Whitney worked on a new temp bridge for me. She did an exceptional job making a new one and making it look natural and made sure it was comfortable for me. In all, I was in and out in an hour on a Saturday. Thank you so much for the excellent job. I want to personally thank Tayla and Whitney for their exceptional customer service skills.

Mrs Annie was amazing. My Mom was afraid but she put a smile on Mom's face. People like her make people like my Mom feel welcome. Miss Myiah was great also. We are so happy to see their smiley faces. They are great additions to you company. My Mom said they both make her feel at home. Thank you for your outstanding services.
